Participation in Constitutional Processes in the Andean Region since the 1990s

This slideshow presentation provides a survey of information on Latin American democracies and constitutional reform. Slides contain information on areas and processes of constitutional reform, with significant attention devoted to public participation in constitutional processes. The presentation draws on examples from Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela, and, in particular, Colombia.
