Framework for Civic Education and Public Consultation in South Sudan

The purpose of this document is to propose a framework that would alow the National Constitutional Review Commission (NCRC) to undertake the required civic education to enable efective public participation to be caried out and thus lay the basis on which the new constiution could be negotiated and concluded. This document discusses: a survey of best practices existing challenges designing a CMP guidelines for public consultation procedings and public participation messages and talking points.
