Constituent Assembly - Election Report

This report of UNTAET's Office of Communication and Public Information (OCPI) details its activities and strategies during the nine-week period preceding and following the August 2001 Constituent Assembly elections, including the Registration, Civic Education, Electoral and Post-electoral periods. The conclusion of the report looks at some of the lessons learned to insure that needed adjustments are incorporated in future media efforts in Timor-Leste and in other UN missions.
