Further Agreed Basic Principles
This agreement on 'Further Agreed Basic Principles' complements the 'Basic Principles' signed on 8 September 1995. The two agreements provide the principles for ending the Bosnian conflict. These principles address issues such as sovereignty, territory, relations with neighbours states, elections, human rights and displaced persons.
