Memorandum of Understanding between the Georgian and the Abkhaz Sides at the Negotiations held in Geneva

This agreement calls for interim measures to be taken before the next round of negotiations. The parties agree not to use force against each other, to exchange prisoners of war and find a solution to the refugee problem.
