Accords de paix et de cessation des hostilités dans le département de Pool

This accord between the government of Congo and the Comité national pour le résistance (CNR) of Frédéric Bintsangou, alias Pasteur Ntoumi, was signed on 17 March 2003. It brought to an end a series of civil wars that blighted the Pool in Congo (Brazzaville) region between 1998 and 2002.
