Agreement by the Government of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF)

This agreement seeks to implement the general cessation of hostilities by hastening the return of the displaced persons in Pikit, North Cotabato and Pagalungan, Maguindanao. It also agrees on the repositioning of forces and assure the freedom of movement of returnees.
