Istanbul Statement of the Georgian and Abkhaz Sides on Confidence-Building Measures

This document presents confidence-building measures and implementation mechanisms to help implement past  agreements on the ceasefire, refugees and the Protocol of 24 September 2000.  It also determines the issues to be considered and the procedures to be applied by the delegations.
