Agreement on Normalization of Relations between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Croatia

This agreement establishes the framework for the normalization of relations between the parties. It establishes the respect for international law in relation to the succession of states. The two parties also commit to further negotiations on issues to improve relations, exchange information on missing persons and facilitate the return of refugees.
