Afghan Peace Accord (Islamabad Accord) - and Annex on the Division of Powers

This agreement deals with power-sharing between Afghan parties including the Mujahideen and sets up an electoral schedule which would lead to a proper representative government. It also provides for a ceasefire and recognises the good offices role played by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
