Agreement between the Government of Sudan and the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement on Capacity Building and the Creation of a Joint Planning Mechanism (JPM) from the Sudan Technical Meeting

This agreement provides implementation modalities related to priorities for capacity building during the pre-interim period (of six years) as determined by the Machakos Protocol of 20 July 2002.
