Agreement of Good Will and Confidence Building for the Settlement of the Problem in Darfur

This agreement is a partial agreement between the Government of National Unity of Sudan (GNU) and the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) to pursue peace in Darfur. The parties commit to provide humanitarian access, exchange of prisoners and to continue negotiations.
