Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding on Cessation of Hostilities Between the Government of Sudan (GOS) and the Sudan Peoples Liberation Movement/Army (SPLM/A)

This is a supplement to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cessation of hostilities from the 15 of October 2002, providing for additional mechanisms to strengthen the implementation of the initial MoU.
