Declaration on Cessation of Hostilities and the Structures and Principles of the Somalia National Reconciliation Process

This agreement establishes a cessation of hostilities and calls for undertaking further negotiations to resolve the Somalia conflict. The agreement also addresses governance structure, the constitution and terrorism.
