Protocol of Agreement between the Government of Rwanda and the Rwandese Patriotic Front on the Repatriation of Rwandese Refugees and the Resettlement of Displaced Persons

This protocol sets the mechanisms for repatriation of Rwandan refugees as well as their resettlement in Rwanda. The protocol also addresses such issues as the return of property, education and employment opportunities.
