Peace Agreement between the Governments of Rwanda and the DRC on the Withdrawal of the Rwandan Troops from the Territory of the DRC and the Dismantling of the Ex-FAR and Interahamwe Forces in the DRC

This agreement implements the Lusaka Ceasefire agreement of 1999 and calls for withdrawal of the Rwandan troops from the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the dismantling of the ex-Far and Interhamwe Forces in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
