The N'sele Ceasefire Agreement between the Government of the Rwandese Republic and the Rwandese Patriotic Front

This agreement establishes a cessation of hostilities and a zone of separation between the belligerent forces and provides, among other things, for the release of prisoners of war and the withdrawal of foreign troops. The agreement also establishes the framework for future talks.
