Cannes Declaration on the Regional Dimension of the Darfur Crisis

In this declaration, the Presidents of Chad, Central African Republic and Sudan commit to respect each others' sovereignty, avoid supporting armed movements within each others' territories and to establish active consultation mechanisms.
