Security Council Resolution 435 (1978): Namibia

This Security Council resolution calls for the withdrawal of South African forces from Namibia and for the transfer of power to the people of Namibia. This resolution also establishes a United Nations Transition Assistance Group for a period of up to 12 months in order to ensure the independence of Namibia through free elections under the supervision and control of the United Nations.

Framework for Peace in the Middle East and Framework for the Conclusion of a Peace Treaty between Egypt and Israel (Camp David Accords)

The Camp David Accords comprises two Framework Agreements. The first agreement provides the principles for establishing the peace in the Middle East including through the establishment of an autonomy regime in the West Bank and Gaza. The second provides the framework for the peace between Israel and Egypt including the resolution of the Sinai issue.

Tripoli Agreement

The agreement establishes autonomy in the Southern Philippines within the realm of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of the Philippines. It defines the autonomous territory and delineates the competence of the central and regional governments.
