This document (in Russian) is the signed 'Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements' agreed by the Trilateral Contact Group at the Summit in Minsk on 12 February 2015. 

In the Arusha Agreement signed on 21 January 2015, the parties committed themselves to the reunification of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM). Crucial points included political, organization and leadership issues.
