This agreement reaffirms the unitary state of Indonesia and the rights and responsibilities of the inhabitants of Moluccas Province in Sulawesi. This document is an official press release from the Indonesian Government regarding the Malino II agreement.

This comprehensive agreement establishes the framework for the functioning of the Somali State. It represents the transitional federal consitution. It is addresses issues such as sovereignty and territory, state identity, official language and citizenship. It also provides the structure and orgnization of the state, establishes the Transitional Federal Government and articulates its functions.

This agreement provides for wealth-sharing mechanisms between South Sudan and Sudan as a whole to share oil and non-oil revenue. It also calls for the participation of the community in the awarding of contracts.
